To create a room, start by verifying your phone number with the one-time code (OTP). Once verified, enter your name and choose whether the room should be Public or Private. Then, add a direct link to your video file (like an .mp4 or .mkv) and, if you’d like, upload an .srt subtitle. After that, your room will be ready — just share the link with your friends so everyone can join, chat, and watch together in perfect sync.

Yes. You can make your movie night private by choosing Private when you create the room. Only people with your link can join, so it’s perfect for watching with close friends.

No account is needed — you can create or join a room instantly using just a link. When you create a room, Bahambin may ask you to verify your phone number once with a short one-time code (OTP) to keep everything safe and secure.

Yes! You can upload an .srt subtitle file when creating your room, and it will stay perfectly in sync with the video. Everyone in the room can turn subtitles on or off whenever they want.

If your video doesn’t play, check that the link is a direct URL to a video file — usually ending in .mp4 or .mkv. Links that require login, expire quickly, or come from private cloud storage often won’t work. You can test it by opening the link in a new browser tab — if it plays there, it’ll work in Bahambin too.
